I just purchased my 2014 BMW 550i a couple of weeks ago and wanted to share my experience. This was the 1st time I have ever purchased a vehicle, site unseen. I read all the reviews and felt pretty safe about the 7 day test trial and my ability to return the vehicle if I didnt like it. I made sure I did a lot of pre work to research what exact vehicle I wanted and then looked to see what Carvana had in stock. I had all my financing approved and made my purchase on line. I chose to have the car delivered to my house instead of using the vending machine. The car arrived exactly on time and was unloaded for me to give it a test drive. The delivery driver informed me that I could give it a quick test run to see if i liked it or not and could return it right then if not satisifed. He also filled me in on something that was not listed on the website that they noticed when they were prepping the vehicle. The drivers door arm rest was slightly worn and discolored, he said I could get a quote to fix it and Carvana would take care of it, or if not, I could return the car withing the 7 days. After a quick dive around, I really like the ride and feel of the car and decided I would keep it for the time. I immediately got a quote from BMW for the door repair and it was extreamy expensive, they wanted $3,200 to replace the whole door panel. I later found an apholstery place that offered to repair it for $145.00. Kevin at Carvana Warranty was very easy to work with and took care of the repair costs. After my week was up, I decided to keep the car and have been very happy with my purchase. This was the easiest car purchase I have ever made and loved the whole experience. I would highly recommend Carvana for anyone looking for a easy and pleasant car buying experience.

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

I received my new vehicle today ahead of scheduled and the delivery person was very polite, detailed the vehicle in all systems, just an awesome experience and the vehicle was in superb condition, clean flawless. Best car buying experience ever, I will never go back to a dealership.

I made my purchase approximately 2 weeks ago. I took the day off work to be home for the delivery but the vehicle never showed. Due to some kind of communication error, I received the vehicle 3 days later than I was supposed to. Once I received the vehicle, I noticed that it was listed with a feature that it was not equipped with. The vehicle is in great shape and I am very happy with it! All in all, this was the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had!!! I Would recommend to everyone.

The financing part was super easy but the delivering of the car was almost as stressful as going through a traditional car dealership. First the car was delayed and because of schedule conflicts we had to delay the date for the arrival of the car for two weeks. On the day of the arrival of the car, it was two hours late after I raced home on a Friday to get home to be on time. The car itself looked great however as soon as I turned it on a red light sensor came on and the next day on the way to the dealership the brakes started vibrating! Uggghh! So I have had this car since Friday night and it's Sunday and I haven't been able to enjoy it because it's at the dealership waiting to be serviced. So I gave a three star (it probably should be a one star) because Brian the guy who delivered the car was honest about why the car was being delivered late and communicated well! His customer service skills were excellent!!!!! He also made such great notes on my account that and I was able to get a rental car while my car is being serviced. I hope that the things that I have concerns about are easy to fix! I really like the car but will return it if I have to. I question the thorough check!

Was skeptical of using an online site to buy a car. Wow was I impressed. Not only was it easy to use, but also very economical. It already has the cars mechanical history on the site as well as financing available if you need it. My delivery was delayed by an hr or so but the joy of seeing my car being delivered was well worth it. I would have been in a dealership way longer than the time I spent online shopping for a car. Kudos to Carvana! Love my new to me BMW.
