Used 2016 BMW 3 Series

I bought my 2016 BMW a week ago and the car buying experience was so easy. Did everything on the computer. Brian dropped my car off to me the following day. Couldn't be happier.

Would have never considered, but a friends referral brought me to Carvana. Made it simple to trade out of my lease and buy a new (to me) 2016 BMW 3 series.

Everyone was helpful and polity. Answered all my questions quickly. Only one discrepancy which they rectified quickly.

Process was so easy, only thing that would help you all is a faster delivery option. People like a purchase like this to be available sooner

I heard about Carvana from a friend and decided to check it out while looking for a car recently. I chose to drive up to Atlanta and trade in my current vehicle. When I got there my BMW was washed and detailed. My advocate was friendly and informative, had me sign some papers and hooked me up with some Carvana goodies. No haggling, no hours wasted at a dealership, everything was done in about 30 minutes. I will definitely buy my next car from Carvana and tell my friends. Awesome experience!

Without question, this was the most fun and most thorough car buying experience I have ever had in my entire life. I am sold for life and will definitely use Carvana again based on their exceptional customer service and willingness in allowing me to search select , deselect and continue shopping. On top of this once the car arrived the condition and overall look of the car so far exceeded all my expectations I'm still flabbergasted by the overall process.
