Used 2016 BMW 2 Series

Buying my car through Carvana was an incredible expierence I will never go back to dealerships. Everything was so easy and fast I was driving my 2016 BMW 22i xdrive in 3 days. They even went to the registry for me. The customer service people rocked and made it so easy for me. Thank you Carvana!!

I have been shopping for a late model, low miles BMW 228i for about 5 months now and by far, Carvana had the best deals and most options to choose from. The online car-buying process was quick, clear and easily accomplished. I felt confident moving forward knowing that I could change my mind at any time during the first week, and would have the option of getting my trade in back, or choosing another car to try. The team kept in touch every step of the way and made me feel appreciated as a buyer.

Bought my car and was a little skeptical. Everything went exactly as they said it would and then some. Delivered the car and it was in better shape than I thought it would be. The whole process was easier than I imagined and they even called my 6 days later to see if I was happy. I will definitely buy my next car with Carvana.

Carvana rules. End of story. Purchasing a vehicle online was so much fun and painless. The condition of the car was thorough and the photos were on point. Pick up was a breeze! They even gave me 1000 off for black friday! Love my new ride.

My car was delivered two days ago, so have not had much time yet to drive it. But it was exactly as advertised. Everyone I dealt with at Carvana--I repeatedly spoke with customer care--initially just to help convince me to buy a used car in this fashion. All of the phone representatives were courteous, knowledgeable and nonjudgmental. When I mentioned by initial anxieties about buying a used car online sight unseen, there was never any pressure to convince me, cajole or demean. Rather it was more like-I completely understand and what can we do to further describe the process, etc. The car delivery process was amazing. Offering a 1 hr window (unlike so many other delivery services where you have to wait around a half to whole day) was fantastic. The driver called several days in advance to confirm delivery time and location. The showed up 10 minutes early. Extremely professional and once again, knowledgeable. Had all the paperwork ready to be signed. And while I checked out my new car, he was assessing my trade in at the same time. The whole thing took an hour.

I absolutely detest buying new cars. I hate dealing with hovering pushy salespeople. I hate wasting hours of my time playing silly games in a dealership with someone going back and forth to some remote manager's office. There was absolutely none of that purchasing with Carvana! It's all online. The inventory is great. The price is what it is, no haggling, and its extremely fair - prices are right in the middle of the Kelley Blue Book range. They also gave me more than I was expecting for my trade-in. And I was as excited as a little kid to get my car out of that vending machine! I love my new vehicle too, it's just the best.

I had such a pleasant experience. The whole process was quick and painless. Did everything online, with the exception of going to my credit union for financing.The vehicle was as described if not better than my expectations. I do have a couple of criticisms. The pictures used for the listing really need to be higher quality. It is hard to really look at the interior without higher quality pictures. I also noticed that some listings have a window sticker attached and some don't. My vehicle did have the window sticker upon picking it up but was not attached to the listing. This would really help prospective buyers on confirming exactly what packages come on the car. One final thing, the interior could have been cleaned a little bit better. Floors and dash are great but the side pillars had some dirt on it. I could tell who ever drove the vehicle before me definitely smoked as i could see and smell some remnants of that. Overall this is the go to way to buy a car now. No haggle no hassle!
