I've had my Sorento less than 2 weeks and I love it! The process of shopping and buying online with Carvana was very easy. I found my vehicle and had the financing squared away.. my payment arranged and was down to electronically signing all the documents when I changed my mind about the vehicle. I didnt need the AWD and found the exact 2014 Kia Sorento in FWD. Called customer service and they were more than happy to arrange the switch and I even got to keep my original delivery date. I would highly recommend Carvana to anyone trying to avoid the dealerships. I live in Metro Atlanta, very congested with traffic, visiting different dealerships would have taken days if not weeks. With Carvana it was so simple to shop around. Using my desktop I was able to actually open all doors and hatchback, zoom in and get a full look at every aspect of the vehichle. This easily could've been a 5-Star purchase if not for some series of weird events. These events were well documented in the feedback of other buyers. Similar events included things like social security numbers and bank account input incorrectly -- I know it wasn't but all you can do is to tell them.... "Ah OK". Well enough of the negative. On the plus side; an easy and uncomplicated website made shopping simple, just add vehicles to the garage, compare, and buy. Knowledgeable agents quickly replied to all of my emails and set up the delivery date via phone calls. Delivery of the vehicle was late by a couple of hours ---- also noted in other buyer's feedback. This wasn't a big deal especially when the driver finally arrived. My car was exactly as advertised with minor scratches which were revealed and noted in the 360-degree view of the car. Overall, I'm happy with Carvana. I'm pretty sure that I would buy another car from them. The vehicle information posted on their website were accurate. I found out I was moving to Costa Rica and knew I wanted a RAV4 AWD. I dreaded going to a dealership and all the pressure. I saw Carvana on Nightly News and thought I'd check them out. There wasn't an AWD on the website at the time so I called and told them I wanted a RAV4 AWD and a few other specs. 5 weeks later and voila! Reva popped up on the website and I bought her the day she was listed! Carvana has been great in helping me with my registration since I'm moving in less than a year and with fixing a minor repair issue when Reva arrived at my doorstep! Not only was Reva cheaper than the cars at the dealerships but so much less hassle! I have love love loved the Carvana experience and have raved about it to my friends! I am not sure that was a car buying experience. Not only was it a no hassel/ no pressure experience, It was actually a fun experience! I originally tried to go through a dealership. The dealership didn't even want to talk to me, they said that unless I was willing to come off of at least $32 k and pay a $450 a month there was no way I was getting into a vehicle under 50k miles, and certainly not with AWD. Searching the internet, I came across 'CARVANA'. I was surprised when many low mileage vehicles were priced under $20k, So I called Customer Service to ask a few questions. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The Rep walked me through the whole process, and never once sounded in a hurry or frustrated. I was able to find a 2013 mid size SUV with AWD for under $20 k including an extended warranty. I set my car to be delivered. The day of delivery, they called and let me know that upon final inspection they found an issue with the tire pressure sensor and that they were fixing it at no cost to me. Any other dealership would have sent it out the door and let me figure it out, and pay for it on my own. I was dissapointed that it wasn't going to be delivered, but they said that I wanted I could pick it up after 6p. Chelsea and Shawn could have left earlier, but they stayed and waited on me. Not only did they, spend a good while showing me features and allowing me to ask questions, but they had put together a small gift box for me for having to drive and pick up my car....So now I will never shop anywhere else for a car. I started my experience about 2 weeks ago and finally picked out a vehicle on Sunday, the delivery came on Wednesday. I was allowed to go over the truck with a fine toothed comb without a salesman over me questioning every move i made. I found some issues and the driver didnt try to make excuses, he took some pictures and told me that it would be fixed at no cost to me(try that at a dealership). Our delivery driver made our experience smooth and enjoyable. I would only suggest, while trying to find out what your best options are, there be a way that you can include or exclude options (I.E. AWD, RWD). Also, when you make your purchase, there needs to be an acknowledgement that you are complete and a list of things to do next.

I had recently had a wreck that totaled my car and in the process of looking to replace it I learned about Carvana. I really liked the car I had so I was pretty sure I'd get the same car again so test driving wasn't really an issue. I found a decent deal on Carvana, so on January 9th I went through the process of buying it online with 3rd party financing and boom it was mine without talking to anyone. I live outside of the 100 mile free drop off (about 200 miles away total) so I opted for $335 more in delivery fees so I wouldn't have to deal with getting to Nashville or Atlanta. My bank was confused about Carvana so I called, the lady that answered was extremely helpful in getting what the loan officer needed and told me that if I could make it within 100 miles of one of their locations, they would deliver it there. So we'd agree we'd meet halfway off the interstate the following Saturday January 16 and it saved me the delivery fee. That was very helpful of the customer advocate. I got a ride there and all went well getting the car, the lady that delivered it was very helpful and nice. She let me take it for a spin around the block, then had me fill out some paperwork then I was on my way. It only came with one key but she told me to go to a dealer and get a second one made and Carvana would pay for it. After I got the car, I went to eat in the town where we met (and passed a dealership on the way) and in fiddling with the navigation realized that it was missing the SD card. I called the delivery driver who told me to go buy one and that Carvana would also reimburse me like with the key. After eating I went to the dealership I passed, they didn't have any keys but they sold me the navigation SD card and it worked like a champ the 100 miles home. It was a good ride home and the car was great. When I got off the interstate and stopped at a stop light near my house, the cabin filled with the most putrid burning smell, I thought it was the car in front of me, but when I got to my house I realized it was the new-to-me car. I read about it online and apparently this is a relatively common problem on AWD Fords (this is an AWD Lincoln). I noticed it was leaking a small amount of fluid in the garage, pretty sure that the smell was that small leak hitting a hot exhaust. The car still has plenty of the factory bumper to bumper warranty left so I took it by the local dealer today and have an appointment on Wednesday for them to identify (and hopefully fix) the leak as well as make a new key. I have until Saturday under the 7 day return period and unless the dealer says the car is screwed, I'm leaning towards keeping it (plus the thought of driving 200 miles roundtrip to drop it off is a little unappealing but at least the option is there if needed). I'm not too worried about it since there is plenty of factory warranty left, but still Carvana listed Navigation as an option on their site so you would've thought someone would've checked to be sure that the SD card was there and they shouldn't sell a car that's leaking fluid. I paid for the SD card and will pay for the key on Wednesday and am taking their word for it that they will reimburse me. If it lets me, I will update this review after the dealer visit on Wednesday and when Carvana reimburses me for the missing SD card and key.

I got my like new Lexus GS350 from Carvana while I was shopping on ebay for an upgrade to my 16year old car. I'd previously bought on Ebay from Texas Direct but I found a Carvana car listing on Ebay and I made the call. It took just one call to find out about how the Carvana website and garage works. That was all it took to get my car delivered to my front door by a new flatbed Carvana car carrier. The Carvana car buying experience seemed luxurious and it was mostly hassle free. The car arrived nicely detailed and looking like new. Since I was upgrading a 13year-old car, it was a little stressful getting to understand the new technology but the delivery agent Emily was very patient and helpful. After Emily left, the electronics started going haywire and it wouldn't start. I called her and she asked me if I wanted to send it back. I continued to try to start it and Emily called me back after she spoke to her manager with the recommendation I jump start it. It turned out it was a weak battery only 30% power. I was trying to learn the navigation and electronics on the car and I killed the battery because I didn't have it started. Carvana refunded me for a new battery I bought. I took the car to the Lexus dealership to have it examined the next day and they confirmed that the car is in outstanding condition with no prior codes and it needed a new battery. On the last day of the 7 day trial I got a call from Carvana asking me how I like the car and if I wanted to keep it. I told him I loved the car and I'm keeping it. My only regret is the selection is a bit limited and I got a red car when I wanted preferred charcoal, however an AWD GS350 is a limited production car and I've received lots of compliments on the red. My only recommendation to Carvana would be to show more than 3-4 pictures, however the 360 car view can be zoomed in on and so I recommend buyers use that feature on every spot of the car because there were some missed slight imperfections on my car. That didn't worry me because I paid $29K and if it was new it would have been over $54K so I can live with a few very slight scratches that they even touched up. To summarize, I love Carvana's attention to detail and customer service and I look forward to using them again. Carvana Rocks!

I spent 4 months searching for the perfect vehicle to fit my desires but couldn't find it until I ran across Carvana's website. Since I hadn't heard of Carvana before I wasn't sure if I should try it. I found a 2015 infinity Q60 AWD S and had to have it. I pullled the trigger and purchased it through Carvana's website. It was such a hassle- free wonderful experience. I recommend Carnana to all car buyers. It is the best way to purchase a vehicle at a competitive price.

My wife and I just bought an AWD 2014 Chevrolet Traverse. We test drove a few other cars at local dealerships to make sure we liked the vehicle first. We purchased online on Friday and Carvana said it would be delivered Monday. Monday was my son's first day of kindergarten. Scheduled delivery time was 1:00. On Monday morning at 10:14 AM Carvana sent an email saying "Sorry for the Delay." I had to reschedule. This was beyond frustrating. The car came the next day and on time. There was no reason given for the delay other than to say "the transport the vehicle was supposed to be on from Atlanta to Charlotte was filled up." I called back after rescheduling to complain and they offered to arrange for a rental car for me for Monday or a $25 credit which would come in the form of a check in a couple weeks. I took the money. Aside from that, it was a 5 star experience. The online signatures were easy, dare I say even fun. Although after rescheduling, I had to call and have the contracts sent again and sign them a second time. A nice young lady delivered the vehicle to my door and let me take it for a 20 minute drive by myself after I showed her my license and insurance info. Inside the car was a gift bag with a reusable cup, vent mounted phone holder, carvana hat, and carvana keychain. There was also a second bag as an apology for the delayed arrival filled with chocolates and sweets. The car itself was as advertised. 44k miles. Carfax report included. It came from New York so we took it to Meineke the next day to have them do a complete inspection looking for rust from road salt. The car has new brakes and tires and very minimal rust. The rear windshield didn't make complete contact with the glass so Meineke fixed that easily for us and we're good to go! I would highly recommend. Every dealership experience involves the salesperson who usually knows less about the vehicle than I already do. Then you have to talk to their sales manager whether you decide to buy or not. If you buy there, it's always several hours of paperwork before you actually get to go. The few days wait was much more palpable. And we still have 6 days of driving left to see if we really want to keep it!
