Great buying process and HUNNY!!, I am enjoying my 2016 Audi A3!! Painless and easy process!! Highly Recommended!!

I am a car enthusiast. Some may argue fanatic. I have owned several cars, SUV's, and one truck produced from a variety of automakers: Ford, Nissan, Honda, Toyota, Lexus, BMW, Porsche, and now Audi. I have a lot of experience haggling and being taken by dealerships. Carvana is the best experience yet. The staff is friendly, helpful, professional, and somewhat knowledgeable about automakers. I did a lot of research on Carvana before purchasing. They have venture capitalists lined up trying to invest in their new concept. The only other company that rivals the experience is Tesla, according to what I read. It is one of the fastest growing companies in the U.S. They appraised my car over the phone and kept their promise upon the purchase (best price offered. Carava has some complex algorithm to appraise trade-ins), offered me a great rate if I wanted to finance with them. The website is so much fun to use to look at cars. It is addictive. I traded in my beloved BMW 535i, because my wife and three kids found it cramped and the ride a little rough. I love BMW for that reason. It is a blast to drive. I had to buy a family vehicle and chose the 2016 Audi Q5 with less than 17K miles. It was the best price offered for the features that I could find. And, believe me, I looked and looked in person and on several websites. When asking questions over the phone or via email, the replies were professional and prompt. My only slight constructive criticism is that Carvana seemed overwhelmed with business. I think this company needs to be careful not to grow to fast, because one answer in the email did not request the precise information. When picking up the vehicle, it looked new. The car was in pristine condition. It was used as a rental car prior to my purchase. The vending machine at Carvana is a huge gimmick, but my kids loved putting the coin in the slot. The Carvana dealership has a Dolorian, though. Pretty cool. David and the rest of the staff were attentive, professional, and paid attention to every detail. They did look tired, though. Lots of business. Carvana needs to be careful to maintain its competitive advantage. Great concept. Car as good -- if not better -- as expected. I will definitely use Carvana again if the price is right and the service is as good. KUDOS!!!!!!!!!!!

I received my "new to me" 2016 Audi allroad one week ago and have to say working with Carvana has been the smoothest, easiest and most hassle free car buying experience I have ever had!! Can't recommend them enough.

I'm very happy with my purchase. There were 2 things that I was not please with. My car arrived on Saturday and my registration packet did not arrive until Tuesday. I had a beautiful new Audi A6 that I could not drive. The second thing is that the car arrived dirty on the inside. The first thing I had to do was vacuum it and wipe everything down.

When our car was delivered, there were a couple issues but I felt comfortable taking it for the 7 day test period. Within that time I got it to an Audi dealer who found a couple things it needed that were going to cost over $1000. I thought I'd be sending the car back, but Carvana and SilverRock (their warranty provider) were AWESOME. They worked with the Audi dealer directly and covered EVERYTHING, including completely new front brakes! Even the Audi service manager was shocked that SilverRock paid for all of it. I am incredibly impressed with the technology, the people, the value and the customer service at Carvana. Why by a car any other way!?

I hate going into dealerships and being harassed by sales people. Buying from Carvana took all that away! From the comfort of my home, I chose my vehicle and received it within days. Best car buying experience ever! Thanks Carvana!

pre-delivery process was great but car advocate not very knowledgeable about the car specifically or generally (although very nice). I also had a very difficult time with customer service and silverrock regarding Front tires which were worn down below 5/32. Issue was ultimately resolved but caused Some major headaches.

I'm so happy that I purchased my vehicle through Carvana. The process from start to finish was amazing! Love not having to haggle and hassle over pricing. Love that there are standards they have in selling vehicles on their website. Love that you can return the car after 7 days with no questions asked. Love that you can get your financing and look at your buying power with all their vehicles instead of having your credit pulled 4, 5, 6 times for each vehicle. All around I am very happy! I will definitely be purchasing from them again. Special thanks to Noelle who delivered the vehicle in Tampa. So professional, friendly. I appreciate your company.

This is the 2nd purchase of a vehicle thru Carvana within my household. This experience was just as great and hassle-free as the 1st time. This purchase included a trade-in and that process was hassle-free as well. Employees at pickup location are helpful and friendly and you never have to negotiate anything. It's a done deal; test-drive your new vehicle, inspect it, sign the paperwork and leave.

Car arrived with much more damage than images showed, especially on interior. Smelly too. Poor detailing job. Process was very difficult.
