Overall the process was smooth and easy. We had just bought a new car for my wife at the dealership and there was lots of haggling and stress. This process was much smoother. We had a paperwork glitch with the registration, and an issue with the tires on the car, but they are handling it. Other than the tires, the car was in great shape (verified at the dealership - worth it to do this). On time delivery. No hassles with trade-in. Ask for the inspection report to see what Carvana did to the car before it was sold to you - esp if the car still has part of the manufacturer's warranty in effect. Got a strange email a day before delivery saying that the car had a recall that needed to be addressed, but it was sent in error. The customer service is very responsive when calling or emailing. I have heard of others who have issues getting their tags or title - too soon to tell for me as I've had the car for only 4 days.
