Used 2015 Audi A6

I'm very happy with my purchase. There were 2 things that I was not please with. My car arrived on Saturday and my registration packet did not arrive until Tuesday. I had a beautiful new Audi A6 that I could not drive. The second thing is that the car arrived dirty on the inside. The first thing I had to do was vacuum it and wipe everything down.

I'm so happy that I purchased my vehicle through Carvana. The process from start to finish was amazing! Love not having to haggle and hassle over pricing. Love that there are standards they have in selling vehicles on their website. Love that you can return the car after 7 days with no questions asked. Love that you can get your financing and look at your buying power with all their vehicles instead of having your credit pulled 4, 5, 6 times for each vehicle. All around I am very happy! I will definitely be purchasing from them again. Special thanks to Noelle who delivered the vehicle in Tampa. So professional, friendly. I appreciate your company.

I just purchased my first vehicle through Carvana. It was a great experience. I love the fact that you do not have to spend time negotiating with a dealer. The folks in customer service (Trevor and Michael in addition to others) were always cheerful and knowledgable. really love my car and the shopping experience not as happy with the delivery...its a little upsetting that in the delivery of my car it was damaged to the tune of over 2k worth of work. Not only does this depreciate my cars value but I'm now going to be without my new car for 9 days while the repairs are being done.

I bought a car last week and the customer interaction/service was great. Car was as advertised, etc.

After i bought car they told me car was stolen, got there car was not ready. I should have got a better deal and better customer service

Found the exact car I wanted as an "On Demand" vehicle, meaning I could reserve it and have exclusive access to the photos once ready. The car arrived looking even better than I expected. And trading in my current car (that I also purchased from Carvana) was so simple. After three total transactions with Carvana (two purchases and one trade-in), it's fair to say I will NEVER buy a car another way.

This was a great experience from start to finish. From choosing the car online to having the car delivered to my home, every part of the process was first rate. The process went exactly as it had been presented and Nathaniel did a thorough job when dropping off the car explaining all of the features of the car. The car was in excellent condition.
