I purchased a 2015 Audi A3 from carvana. The initial purchasing steps were easy to understand and well thought out. The price l paid for the car was very attractive. I had to call customer service a total of 2 times throughout the process. Each time I called, the hold time was very short (under 3 minutes) the reps I spoke with were very helpful and polite. I was asked once if I was interested in buying the extended warranty, I politely declined, there was no pressure at all from the phone rep.
I was disappointed when there was a delay in receiving the car, however I was called and informed well in advance of the scheduled time. So there wasn't really any problem there at all.
I picked up the vehicle, so I can't say anything about the delivery process. The staff at the Nashville location were great, they were friendly and helpful, answered all my questions about everything quickly and accurately. The car was fully detailed when I arrived, and came with a full tank of gas. The condition of the car was exactly as described. Both of the faults listed on the car's display page were so minor, I had to struggle to spot them. I received exactly the prearranged value for my trade in.
All in all, Carvana is a great business to purchase a car from. They will be first on my list for my next car purchase.
