And I must say that I am extremely happy. I made the first purchase a week ago after spending over a month running back and forth from dealerships. I had such a terrible time dealing w the car salesmen. Everything from them attempting to MAKE me buy a vehicle (the 1 that they wanted me to buy), to them over talking me, and running my credit when I specifically asked them not to do so. In addition to having to sit at the dealership for a minimum of 3 hrs. Carvana was literally heaven sent, I went on the site entered what I wanted, played with the #'s, and BOOM! My car was on its way. I couldn't believe it was that simple. And I must add that it was pressure FREE! The delivery driver was AWESOME! And he helped to reassure that I was not obligated to keep that vehicle by any means. Even if I just wanted to change the color they would be rite back out w another vehicle. Yet, I was still a little sceptical. But no, really! I got on the phone called them and in 10 minutes another vehicle was on its way to me... The Carvana website was so easy to use. The people I spoke with were always polite and helpful. Same for the woman that delivered my SUV. It was a pleasure to deal with professional people and not to have to put up with the lying drama-jerks at a car dealership (statement is from personal experience). There is a reason Carvana uses low light, low resolution images for there cars. I can't help but think that your trying to hide defects just like a typical used car dealership, except you do it with bad quality images. Don't know if I can recommend Carvana just on that alone. No excuse in 2018 for images and lighting like that. I little touch up paint and buffing wouldv'e gone a long way to make it better experience, its not like it was deep dents, they were just being cheap. Carvana, if you listening, this was a fairly big letdown on delivery day to see my new(to me) car pulls up on this nice flatbed truck with more scratches than anticipated, especially the hairline cracks in the paint on the bumper due to a minor impact that was not annotated on the website. Secondly, its been 3 weeks and havn't gotten my plates or registration yet. no contact or updates at all. I chatted with them and said it might take another 2 weeks. She said that wait was typical. Now, I don't know what the average time is for dealerships, but this seems a little long. Keep that in mind all you Uber and Lyft drivers, if you buy from here, you may be out of business for 5 weeks or longer. Now, I understand they can't start until the 7 day return period is over, but even then, it took them 2 full weeks after delivery to get paperwork, PAPERWORK, to the DMV. All in all, not bad experience in buying a used car. So, my recommendations, show all surface defects using better images, do a better job fixing minor flaws than than trying to hide them. Finally, there should be a folllow up call on the next day after the return period, that all the paperwork looks good and was sent to the DMV.Read More4.0 OUT OF 5

After driving car for 3 days, i got "Emission System problem" popped on the console . i ran by dealer and error got reset after software update. I thought of returning the car but stayed back as error got reset. On 8th day, i got all possible errors popped on the console. i gave the car to dealer and since then car is with dealer and dealer is tying all sorts of things to figure out what happened to engine. As car has low miles, every thing will be covered under manufacturer warranty. But it gives a pain of keeping 35K $ vehicle with dealer just after 7 days of buying. I called carvana to know any thing can be done. I was looking for replacement. I got straight answer from them that after 7 days of cash back policy nothing can be done. i am not sure whether customer satisfaction plays any role here. By the way it was my 2nd purchase from carvana. It is true that i am returning customer. i bought my 1st car when carvana had < 600 cars in inventory few years back 2015. Now it has more than 11K cars. but the quality of inspections are degraded since then or they purposefully selling bad cars otherwise my car wouldn't have come out of carvana yard like this. finally, I have my 35K$ worth car laying down in dealer workshop with out knowing of return. i lost trust on my car as well as on Carvana. i will never buy once again. i am not sure whether it happened to any one else or i am the luckiest one to have..Read More2.7 OUT OF 5

They gave great price for my old rav4 and also got me wonderful Acura 2016. Customer service is too good. Also I had inspection failed for my car due to tires, but carvana got me all 4 new tires for no additional expense. I was a huge sceptic at first because the process just seemed too good to be true. However, now I am a forever customer! Each person I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. The young lady who brought the car to my house was simply the sweetest person. The financing was super easy and the rate was better than what my personal bank could offer. - Patrick W.JUL 13, 20172014 Acura MDXAlpharetta, GAAfter the car that I bought from Carvana arrived, I immediately took a test drive and found out that the car has mechanical issues that should have been fixed before delivery. The car, a 2014 MDX with 53k miles, was making a humming sound and during acceleration, the rpm on engine was going up and down, and there was some hesitation on acceleration. I took it to the Acura dealer as suggested by the Carvana rep and the dealer rep recommended a 1). Transmission fluid flush 2). Reprogram a module (forgot the name) and 3). Replace back mount. Carvana/Silver Rock(which provides extended warranty on Carvana cars) initially only approved 2 and 3 above, which the Acura dealer refused to perform unless the car also get a transmission fluid flush, because they said it they cannot guarantee it will solve the issues mentioned above. In the end, I am tired of this going back and forth between Carvana and the Acura dealer and Silver Rock and just asked Carvana to pick up their car at the Acura dealer and refund my money. Finally, Carvana agreed to also perform the transmission flush. So instead of enjoying my car after delivery, I had to spend 2-3 days constantly on the phone communicating and resolving these concerns. At this time (3 days after delivery), the car is still in the dealership because Silver Rock has not paid the dealer and hence the car is still being held there. It is just not worth it to get a car at Carvana, you dont know what you are going to get!Read More2.7 OUT OF 5
