Used 2015 Acura RDX

Wow! Great service! I was a little sceptical after reading reviews posted elsewhere online. But it worked exactly as described on the website. I took my time browsing the website and found a vehicle I wanted after a two day search- much easier than going to a car dealership. I reserved and waited the 3 days until it was available, filled out the finance online and was approved almost immediately. The car (Acura RDX 2015) was delivered as promised and even arrived 15 minutes early! Service was great- they took their time showing me the features, signed the papers in the car and that was it! I LOVED it! Would do it again and recommend it to anyone.

Purchased 2015 RDX, came on time and as described. Other than nick in windshield which was repaired later, no other issues. On time delivery. Easy financing. This is the way to go.

Great experience tarnished by a poor reception at the delivery. Should you decide to purchase make sure you have your insurance info as well as a note from your mother in order to pickup your car.

From the first interaction with the Carvana crew it was an amazing experience. The staff was professional, easy to get in contact with and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated the detailed pictures and descriptions of my exact car and the minor defects on it. When I saw the car for the first time those pictures made the defects seem more noticeable than they really were. The delivery was easy and well presented. It goes a long way to see your car being delivered on a special Carvana lift (not an old tow truck deal) with the sales person driving (again not the typical truck driver). I would give your team constructive criticism if there was some to give. Next time I need a car I know where I'm going!

I bought my car recently from Carvana. The car purchase was exactly as displayed on the website and what I hoped for. After examing the car, only found 1 minor issue with the car. It was a bulb that needed to be replaced. Since it's still under warranty, that was really a non-issue. The car was delivery at the alloted time and the in-person customer service was superb!! Will definitely recommend and use them again if need be.
