This was new. I called an advocate whenever I made inputs or uploads to ensure I was doing it right. Some info the Advocates gave me was WRONG. Example> I could not see my Decision Date on my Dashboard. I called to see when the 7 day ended. Advocate said it was Tuesday--exactly 7 days after car was delivered. But it ended on Monday as Carvana counts the deliver day as 1 day ---even if you get it at 5:00pm. After it expired, THEN I could see the Date on my Dashboard.
The first few days, an Advocate mentioned the "48 Hour Deadline". What was that? I didn't see it mentioned. 48 Hours after a date?? No, it is the 48 Hours before the Delivery.
I got a lot of Text Messages that really didn't say anything informative. The text ended by saying to reply if I had a Question. I submit my Q and get a dumb reply--that usually told me to do something on the Dashboard which I had already accomplished.
Carvana asked me to give them access to my Bank Account via PLAID. I did. My banker, my financial advisor and friends said that was Stupid to do that. When I accepted my Car, I asked when will the money transfer out of my bank and I was told 2 to 4 days. Wrong again--- the money transfer was that night.
