Used Acura ILX

I bought a 2013 Acura ILX from Carvanna. Absolutely LOVE my new car that was flawless. The customer service is second to none I must say! The process was hassle free and seamless. It literally took about 10 mins from start to finish to do the paperwork. They delivered my car to Mt job as requested. Included was ballons and flowers for my wife and a gift bag and sun shade! I'll now buy all my vehicles from Carvanna!! No complaints!

A few weeks ago I bought an Acura through Carvana and it was a great experience! I love the car, the process was so easy. I knew what to expect when the car arrived...there were not surprises! Overall great experience and super easy!!

I was a bit apprehensive about buying a vehicle this way, but what a friendly process. The deliver driver was excellent and friendly. The financing was very competitive. The only negative I have is there was a couple of flaws that were not identified in the description of the vehicle. There is a cut in the leather of the front seat passenger seat (I am looking into the cost of repair today) and what looks like previous damage to the side panel under the front passenger door. The leather cut is the only issue that I am disappointed in. Other than that, the process is great and I believe it will really become popular.

Recently purchase a 2015 Acura ILX Black. Beautiful car, many features, and very functional. There was an extensive selection of vehicles, in many colors. My vehicle has very low mileage. Backed by Car Fax. The buying process was easy and convent. However the delivery of my vehicle was delayed by 4 days. A pro is that they informed me that they would be sending me a $100 check for the inconvenience. In summation satisfied due to financing and vehicle availability.
