I never thought I'd buy a car online, sight unseen. With the current lack of vehicles at local dealerships, I decided to try Carvana. From the first interaction with Carvana it was super easy. Everyone I talked to was extremely helpful. Communication was excellent via emails and phone calls. Delivery day was so exciting,. Adam called earlier than expected and delivery was an hour earlier than scheduled!! The car arrived just as pictured and described (actually better than we expected!!) After delivery, we noticed the third break light wasn't working. I called Bridgecrest and they were helpful too. I have an appointment with our local preferred repair shop in two days! Once the light is replaced and we receive the title, I'd say we are all set!! Happy Mini owner!!!
