Used MINI Hardtop 2 Door

Bought a Mini Cooper John works recently and love the car. It was a little dirty like hair and pet hair and wasn't delivered orinially when I wanted due to their error but overall easy process.

I bought my 2015 Mini Hardtop on Carvana and it arrived a week ago. It was the first time I've purchased a car online and from finance to delivery, super smooth process. The car is awesome. Only small thing is it only came with one remote, but Carvana foot the bill for me to get another one. It's been a great experience.

This is probably the only way we'll buy a car in the future. I wish I could have gone to a vending machine cause that looks cool. Everyone has been excellent and the car is in perfect condition. The only problem is that I got a size medium t-shirt in the goodies bag that came with it, but I'm trying to get that fixed.

I bought my Mini Cooper about a week ago and the experience couldn't have been better. I just finished my first 200 mile road trip and it was amazing. I'm truly thankful that carvana exists because it would have taken me probably another year to purchase a car like this from any other retainer or dealership. I'd recommend you guys to anyone that has tried traditional dealerships and simple rather not go that route when purchasing their next car. Financing was so simple. I got a great vehicle with low miles, a lot newer than anything I've ever owned before and full of surprises that I didn't even know it had until delivery. I wasn't aware it had a sport mode or economy mode that allowed me to get 40 miles per gallon with cruise control on. It also has ambient lighting which looks so good at night. I'm truly over the moon with the car and everything they said about it through Carfax was true. I took it to get it serviced but the only thing it needed was an oil change. I'm so so happy I pulled the trigger and took a chance with you guys. When im ready to trade up I'll definitely make carvana my first stop

After over 25years of buying cars from local car dealers, I was looking for away to avoid all the hassling sales people, back and forth financing, and just the sales games in general. So I decided to try the online buying process. I must say... I was impressed. I'd heard about Carvana and decided to give them a try. All I can say is, "I'm never going to a car dealership again". The entire Carvana staff from start to finish were great. Even all the way down to the person delivering my vehicle. She was running a little late and made sure she called me and let me know her ETA. I love the car i purchased. It was exactly as was listed. Still going through the registration process. But I don't anticipate any issues. I would HIGHLY recommend Carvana to anyone who is looking to buy a car.

After the comfortable research process (at home on my PC) it took less than 20 minutes to complete the purchase. (On my iPhone!) The delivery was perfect and the is everything and more than expected! I have had good and miserable experiences at brick and mortar dealerships but this was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had (I am not a spring chicken). Thank you Carvana!

Carvana made everything so easy and the staff was great. Cutting out the middle man salesman gave me control over what it is I was looking for. The perks that came with the app and purchase were great and selections were guaranteed to please. I love my Mini Cooper

I really wasn't sure buying a car online was a good idea, I was completely wrong. Buying online allowed me to see deals all across the country, this company will make the car industry have to worry more about nationwide competition instead of just local dealerships competing with each other because the car I bought came over a 1,000 miles away! Before we bought from Carvana we went to a dealership to look at a car and they wasted our time playing little sales games and the whole time I was there with a salesperson I hated it. Carvana was great though, I will make Carvana the first place I look next time I need a new car. One thing I didn't like though was after I reserved the car and was put on a waiting list for the car to be ready for purchase the time limit I was given to buy the car wasn't enough for me to finish the loan process with my bank. It was on a weekend and my bank was of course closed, I called a Carvana support person and told them the situation and that I needed more time to get the loan for the car and that I was 100% going to purchase the car unless there was something wrong with it that I saw after it was delivered. I already paid the $100 upfront to reserve it and explained to the support person that it was only a matter of a few hours but the support person told me there was nothing he could do about it. It was a little disappointing seeing as how we were on a waiting list for a month for the car and had paid the $100. We didn't get the loan arranged sooner because the photos of the car weren't ready. Nevertheless buying from Carvana was better than buying from anywhere else. You will love it!
