This is the second vehicle I've purchased on Carvana and I honestly don't think I'll ever step foot in a dealership again. The process is so simple, I've completed the process on both of my purchases in less than an hour, compared to the 6 hours I spent at the dealership last time I purchased from a dealership. Their pricing is competitive and everything is up front, no back and forth, no pressure to buy dealer add-ons. They are very communicative throughout the process and answer any questions very quickly.

There interest rates aren't always competitive, but it is pretty easy to obtain financing on your own these days, so no big deal.
There inspections could be a bit better, for instance, the first vehicle I purchased had a wheel/tire combination that was not appropriate for the vehicle (wheels were 17" wheels which were never an option for the vehicle), and the tires were not appropriate for the climate they were sold it (vehicle had snow tires on them and sold in Arizona). I did miss this when I looked at the vehicle and did not realize until I had a blow out, several weeks after purchase, so understand why it was missed, but Carvana should really do a better job here.
