I purchased my car from Carvana and from the minute I started researching the vehicles to buy, I felt the experience to be world class. The process was simple, the no-hassle experience rewarding and the delivery process seamless. I not only will refer others to Carvana, but will choose them first next time I decide to purchase again.

Poor communication. I had to call for everything. Shipment of car was delayed. Car came and was damaged off of the truck- driver tried to not take responsibility until I watched him damage it upon removal. Carvana offered to fix it as they should but no offers to compensate for loss of time, loss of vehicle and rental car expenses outside of the $40 per day. Overall awful experience.

Ordered my Mercedes SLK on my phone like a pizza. Loved the experience. I will never buy a used car from a dealership again.

The good: 1. I loved the car I got, and it was impossible to find locally with the options and price I wanted. Carvana made that happen for me and I am VERY appreciative of the ability to get what I really wanted. The bad: 1. The website is glitchy. One day, the "sign in" button disappeared. Other days, the site navigation would change around on me. Not a single picture I was asked to upload of important documents, under a time Unnecessarily confusing.

Nice to know that the hassle of purchasing a car has cut done to a bare minimum. Thanks to Carvana for making everything so smooth. The days of sitting at a dealership for hours while being taken advantage of are over!

This was legitimately the best car-buying experience I've ever had. No games, no lies, no negotiating, no wasted time. I knew exactly what I wanted, and was able to find it and choose my car online. I set up the purchase in 20 minutes sitting on my couch in my pajama pants on my phone. I chose to pick my car up in San Antonio rather than mess with delivery (when was the last time ANYTHING was delivered to you on time??), and I was in and out in half an hour - including my rather lengthy test drive!! The guy working was SO nice, too. He even went out and got me a Starbucks gift card, mug, and happy birthday balloon when he realized it was my birthday! Above and beyond!! My only disappointment was not getting the email with the cool vending machine video, but that is SO minor. My new car is beautiful and runs perfectly. There are some minor physical flaws, but that's to be expected in a car that's 3 years old. Overall, I am SO happy, and I will continue to buy from Carvana as long as it's around! Sold for life!!!

I had been thinking about purchasing my wife a replacement vehicle since her 2005 Mercedes CLK 320 was 13 years old. We were watching TV when a Carvana commercial came on. After watching the commercial, I grabbed my iPad and pulled up the Carvana website. I began searching for vehicle my wife may like. She spotted a 2015 Mercedes SLK 350. Within a few minutes, I was chatting with a sales representative online and engaged in the purchase of the vehicle. The process was as described in the commercial and we were on the way to receiving the vehicle and trading in the 2005. We were to receive the SLK 350 on April 22, 2018. The Friday before the Tuesday we were to receive the vehicle, I received a call from Carvana saying that there would be a delay as they had to replace the windshield in the SLK 350. The new date was May 2nd. Needless to say we were disappointed; however, May 2nd came and the car was delivered as promised. It is all that was described and more. The minor chips that were described weren't even noticeable and the vehicle looked almost new. All in all the experience was very good and I will use Carvana for my next car purchasing experience.

Hello Carvana, It has been 11 days since I took delivery of my car. My entire buying experience has been handled without a hitch from beginning to end. When they brought the car to me it was decorated with balloons and a large red bow. I felt like I had won the publishers clearinghouse sweepstakes! The vehicle was loaded with wonderful FREE gifts. The Carvana staff definitely seemed to have gone above and beyond for me a 60+ year old grandmother of 7 experiencing her first "used" car purchase. My daughter commented "I'm not in the market for a vehicle right now but with all of this fanfare it makes me want to buy one right now!" What amazing customer service, I left there with memorable moments that I will share with friends and family months and even years from now. I drove away from Carvana feeling like part of your family vs a "customer" I'm not sure where you found this awesome team but you did great! Extremely Satisfied Customer.
