I was a little scared at first. I didn't know how it was all going to go down… but after this great experience with Carvana, i don't think i will ever buy vehicles any other way ever again! I love the fact that it doesn't matter who I get on the phone, they can look at my account, access the notes that were left by the last person I spoke to and they are able to help me without having to forward the call to anyone else. On top of that, every one that i have spoken to have been very helpful, nice, and really patient. The longest i have had to wait for a customer service representative was about 4 mins. Delivery was a breeze! The hauler was great, punctual and was very efficient. My husband and i are sooooo impressed and so happy about choosing Carvana.

Do not schedule drop off at night! I didn't notice until the next day just how filthy the interior was. Also realized the car had 3 different tires. Took it to get serviced a few days later and the technician told me the back tires were complete garbage and the front tires were the wrong size for the suv. The warranty company would only cover the back 2 tires apparently. Carvana also offered to send a $100 check for a car detailing after I complained about how gross it was in the inside, but what detailing costs $100?! I can't find anything for less than $200 for an suv. I planned to buy another car through them depending on this experience and don't think that's the best option. The mechanic told me it's clear they didn't inspect this car prior to selling it to me.

The original process to buy the car was simple. Easy. The delivery also went smoothly. When it came time for me to return the vehicle for a better one I started to run into problems. First, there is no clear instructions on how swaps work. Second, when calling into carvana to set up a swap you have no way of knowing if you've reached an employee with the knowledge to handle the swap correctly. I learned this through experience. The associate that helped me with the swap didn't know that carvana generally picks up the first car when they drop off the second car. He scheduled me for a pick up the next day and that meant I was left without a car for ten days. (my new car was coming from Florida). So naturally I rented a vehicle in the meantime. The next day rolled around and no one showed to pick up my vehicle. Afterhours there is no one available to help answer your questions if the carvana associate doesn't show up. Naturally the next morning I was panicked and called carvana only to be told that my first car would stay with me until my next car arrived. The rental car was purchased in vain and it cost me $188 out of pocket. On top of all that confusion, a carvana associate arrived at my house that night to pick up my vehicle! Needless to say the lack of consistent communication was extremely stressful and frustrating.
