First off- I love my vehicle. The shopping process allowed me to compare options, service records, and features easily to pick the "best for me". I am not going to lie and say delivery was seamless, but it was not through any fault. The car had a last minute mechanical issue which was promptly repaired. The whole team along the way ensured that I was informed along the way and reached out to me to make it as smooth as possible. My delivery driver was so personable. I had a nice goody bag on the front seat, and even a bow on the dash board. I tried a competitor a couple years back and had to rescind the sale. We now have two happy Carvana cars in the family!
