Everything about the process was easy. I was a little stressed about getting a car I'd never seen before, but it was super clean and arrived just as expected. Everyone I communicated with during the process was super nice and helpful. The only improvement I can suggest is to add a way to search online by gross vehicle weight. I was looking for a vehicle > 6k lbs to qualify for the section 179 deduction. It took some time to drill into each vehicle and look for the gvw.

There was no pain. The transaction was transparent, there were no upsales, no silly pieces of paper with a "final offer" from a salesperson, no exorbitant dealer fees, and best of all, no PAIN. I love my new vehicle and would recommend Carvana to anyone interested in a better car buying experience.

Everything was easy but I asked 3 people 3 different times to make sure my car would be in the vending machine so I didn't drive almost 2 hours for no reason. When I got there they wouldn't put it in the machine so I will not buy from them again.
