I will never buy a used car any other way. From start to finish, Carvana made this process relatively painless. Their inspection and warranty process gives peace of mind. We brought our Carvana car to our local mechanic to be checked out and they were thoroughly impressed. Sure, we could have found a cheaper used car on Facebook marketplace but who knows what issues it might have had? Best of all, we found exactly the car in exactly the color we wanted. My only complaint was their system didn't recognize the zip code of my tiny village, so I had to complete the purchase online and arrange to meet at a local Walmart for the exchange. However, when Glory at the Clifton Park office realized in the 11th hour I hadn't received some title paperwork, she DROVE IT TO MY HOUSE - 45 minutes away - so my shipment wouldn't be delayed. While here, she scoped out my block and said there was no issue with having the car brought directly to me, and she was able to switch the drop off location, saving me a huge hassle. What customer service!! Trevor, the delivery driver was also great, and kept me updated via text all morning. Each step of the way was so easy and we love our new (to us) Fiat!!
