The online selection and paperwork was wonderful! Super easy! Every time I called they were kind and helpful.
My one piece of feedback is regarding the first van I received. It was delayed four times, some with limited notice. The van arrived smelling strongly of smoke, it was dirty and had less than half a tank of gas.
The transfer process was great! The second van arrived quickly, it smelled amazing, it was clean and had a full tank of gas. Trey had incredible customer service.
I will still recommend Carvana, with the caveat that there is not a way to ensure the car odor before you receive it.
