The process of searching and finding the vehicle is simple enough. Getting financing through Carvana is extremely easy. Signing the documents digitally makes things extremely efficient at delivery. Delivery is a snap, always professional and courteous (this is my second purchase). The issue this time is concerning the quality of the vehicle itself. The 150 point inspection did not catch loose lug nuts on the passenger front tire, did not catch a massive vibration in the drive train or out of balance tire, did not catch a grossly over inflated tire, and did not catch a crack in the dash. There are a few other small items. It seems the only option is to either return the vehicle or live with it despite paying a premium for the vehicle and the service. It would have been preferable to have someone offered to take some cost off of the vehicle in order for me to seek repairs, or promise to make the repairs rather than telling me to go through the service request process – which has no guarantees.
