The entire process was good with the exception of the registration process. I tried to explain when I bought the car that I have a personalized plate and that the registration process identified in your procedures would not fit for my individual case. I was assured that I would be able to self register the car. That did not happen and now what is going to take place is exactly what I was trying to avoid. You are now going to title the car in my name and then I am going to have to go back to Louisiana department of motor vehicle registration and reverse what you've done; because, it will not include my personalized plate.
If we would have done, what we discussed, I would've already had the registration and my license plate installed on the car within two or three days and the title would probably be on its way.
The way it is being handled now is that I received an email yesterday saying that the registration process may be delayed because of COVID-19. That is absolutely ridiculous and had we followed through on what we had discussed, the registration process would be smooth and I would give the transaction five stars.
