We bought a car from Carvana and traded in our existing Suburban. They brought the new car to the house and took the old one away. The new car was great, but the check engine light kept coming on, Carvana honored their 7-day refund guarantee. But here is the cool part: During the 7 days, the mechanic that we going to have look at the car came down with Covid. And I had to go into the hospital for surgery. So they extended the 7 days to 14 days for us and one of their Advocates spent over an hour on the phone with me from the hospital. We find almost an identical replacement, and they just brought the new car to us (and took the other away...). Super easy!
