Buying a car through Carvana is a smooth process without the need to deal with the hassles of conventional preowned car sales tactics and persons. From the beginning of the process to even after the 7 day think about it week, the folks at Carvana were no pressure, helpful and very friendly. can't really take a star off of the review, but one thing I hope they improve upon is that often when calling to ask a question, there are no available representatives and they call you back. This is likely due to their success but if I had to suggest an area of improvement, this would be the only thing I can comment on.

Was a great car buying experience, no trouble at all and the car was great.

Car buying process was great. Tech items need work.

The car was not ready or cleaned when I arrived to it pick. Agent needed more documents even I was assured on the phone and website that no further documents needed to be uploaded or signed. Agent told me that Carvna agent would call me on the 6th day to make sure I was happy, no one has called so far. Luckily the car is great.

I was skeptical but dove in headfirst. Great process online and the follow through was just as good. Highly recommend this to anyone shopping for a car. Maybe you don't get to haggle or have a doubt you squeezed the last penny out of the bargain - so what. Convenience and service have a price and this was worth it!
