FROM BEGINNING TO THE END EVERTHING FIT TOGETJER LIKE A PUZZLE. TRADE IN WAS THE BEST POSSIBLE PRICE AND WAS HASSLE FREE IT WAS SO MUCH MOTE THAN DEALERSHIPS OFFERED . IT BEAT ALL OFFERS ON PRIVATE WEBSITES. WITHIN IN ONE SECOND I NEW WHAT DIRECTION I WAS HEADING. I IMMEDIATELY STARTED LOOKING FOR MY HARD TO FIND CAR WHICH HAD ALL OPTIONS I DREAMED ABOUT INCLUDING COLOR, YEAR, AND VERY LOW MILEAGE. I AM NOT GREAT WITH TECHNOLOGY BUT IT WAS SO EASY TO DO ALL DOCUMENTS. I DID HAVE A LITTLE DIFFICULTY WITH ONE ITEM I CALLED AND THEY TOOK CARE OF IT IMMEDIATELY. I NOTICED THE NEXT DAY MY CAR HAD OVER 400 VIEWS AND 83 SAVES. I WAS SO HAPPR THAT I WENT ON THE WEBDITE WHEN I DID OR IT WOULD HAVE BEEN LONG GONE. THE CAR SHOWED UP WHEN EXPECTED . THE INDIVIDUAL (CASEY) WHO DELIVERED THE CAR WAS SO HELPFUL AND KIND IT MADE MY CAR BUYNG EXPERIENCE ABOVE ANYTHING IMAGINED. ALSO I HAD ZERO PAPERWORK INCLUDING REGESTRY AND INSURANCE. I AM SO HAPPY THAT I WENT THROUGH CARVANA " WHAT A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE". .

I was so frustrated trying to find cars I wanted with the features I wanted. It was so much work dealing with individual dealerships and nagging salespeople. Then I found Carvana. Their website is wonderful. Exactly what I needed to find the cars I wanted and ensure they had the features I wanted. The detail on each car was amazing and much more useful than any other option I tried. The customer service folks are outstanding and get back to you right away. My only frustration was that my delivery got delayed due to COVID (truck drivers calling out). So it is hard when you are planning on something and it doesn't happen. But otherwise, I really enjoyed the experience.

Trade in was easy and great price was offered for trade in. Communication was pretty good. The complaints I have are on the delivery. This was rescheduled and still a bit late. It seems the car was still not ready for delivery. Quote dirty. This is supposedly getting rectified with a detailing compensation still to come. The delivery driver was very easy to coordinate with once that was established and he was also very professional.

I have no purchased and sold to Carvana both outperforming my expectations. Seamless process and great customer service. The ONLY correction I have is no sticker in the windshield. Two of them blocking my view of driving and can't even remove the glue is stuck and fall apart taking off so looks even worse now until I get it professionally cleaned for the glue. Besides that minor correction absolutely incredible and thank you!
