Used Nissan Rogue Sport

Was so super excited to get my new suv! I love it . Everyone was very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't check under the paper mats on the floor . It had no mats , so I contacted them and they placed a order for the custom mats. I received them today ! I would recommend reading the car details carefully though cause my 2017 had only 1 key . Can be pricey .

The process was great except for two delays in delivery originally scheduled for 3/14. The first delay was acceptable, communicated the day ahead on 3/13, which rescheduled delivery for 3/18. The second delay was communicated very last minute, while I was on my way to delivery. I was told the new delivery date was unknown, and that I would be called back. Two days later I still had received no call back, and I called Carvana. I was told delivery could be the next morning. I could not take time off from work so finally took delivery on 3/22, 8 days after the original date. When the car was finally delivered it went very smoothly.

The entire process was easy and stress free. Shop from your home and your bed.

Very good selection and prices, and the whole process was flawless.

The process of selection and purchasing was exceptional. My only issue was my first car arrived dirty, had some kind of print like pet prints on the back door and the carpet was dirty. They offered to refund me for a detail but I ended up switching vehicles. Otherwise excellent!
