The process was great except for two delays in delivery originally scheduled for 3/14. The first delay was acceptable, communicated the day ahead on 3/13, which rescheduled delivery for 3/18. The second delay was communicated very last minute, while I was on my way to delivery. I was told the new delivery date was unknown, and that I would be called back. Two days later I still had received no call back, and I called Carvana. I was told delivery could be the next morning. I could not take time off from work so finally took delivery on 3/22, 8 days after the original date. When the car was finally delivered it went very smoothly.
