Pros: The purchase price was fair and my trade in was equally so. The condition of the purchase was excellent! Cons: I'm 80 years of age with too little knowledge of the use of smart phones. I had advised your agents of this problem on my end saying that I used a desk top for a computer and asked to send copies of what they wanted via email, but each agent (except for one) refused to allow such. So, the inability to chat with the same agent more than once, and the timely delays to chat with agents made for an uneasy, and at times, frustrating experience. BUT, I conclude, I got a good deal.
