I could write about how smooth the car buying process was at Carvana or how easy it was to use the app, but what really stood out to me was the customer service. I spoke or chatted with a dozen different employees and there wasn't a bad apple in the bunch. Everyone was super-friendly and helpful, and I never had to wait longer than 30 seconds to speak to a live person. This was my second time purchasing a car from CARVANA and each time was a great experience. There were no hidden fees or games like the major dealerships play. Everyone was very professional. The first time I had my vehicle delivered, this time I chose to pick it up at the vending machine. I felt like a kid seeing this awesome experience of how dropping the coin led to picking the vehicle from 4 floors up, completing a 360 and more.
