Used Mitsubishi Outlander Sport

Received my new car this past Saturday and it looks even better in person than it did in the pictures. The one surface blemish mentioned in the sales material was almost invisible in person. Your guy said you had very strict inspection standards and he wasn't kidding! Thank you for the most painless car buying process I have ever had.

My car is awesome! From start to finish everything went very smooth, any bumps were quickly addressed by the great Carvana advocates. Definitely plan on buying our next car the same way, no reason to go back to the old school way. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because 3rd party who delivered vehicle was unable to come to my home and I had to leave work abruptly to retrieve the vehicle from an area 5 miles from my house. Other than that A's all around

I suggested Carvana to my son a year ago. He was happy with his purchase, so we thought we would give it a try. Glad we did!

I bought my vehicle a little over a week ago and I must say this was the easiest car buying experience ever. I did a lot of research on the vehicle I wanted to purchase and found that Carvana had the best price for the mileage and the features of the vehicle. I started the process and had literally purchased the car within minutes. The vehicle does have a few scratches that Carvana did point out. So far the car runs well and the remaining warranty is great.

The day the car was to be delivered I was called and informed that the windshield wipers were not working. I was told it would be taken to the a repair shop with the maker. I asked to be informed as to when the part would be and in and made consistently up to date on the situation. There were two times when I had to call ( to see if the part was there, and again to remind Carvana to keep up good communication with the repair shop so they could in turn info me of the repair status). After I made my initial discontent aware to Caravan, they did a much better job of keeping me up to date with the status of the car.

I bought a car three weeks ago and I am very happy with it! It was delivered on time with all the documents in order. The salesperson was very helpful and explained everything clearly. The car is true to the description show online.
