Carvana says you can save 1-2 maybe 3 thousand dollars buying from them. That's not true! At least it wasn't true for the car I bought. The price listed on Carvana.com was already $4,000 less than the listed price at the dealerships. After adding on the dealership's reconditioning fee, gap insurance, and other hidden costs, the total savings from buying from Carvana.com was roughly $8,000! I could've gotten the dealership to bring the price of the car down to Carvana's price, but why go through the hassle? Full Disclosure: I am a Carvana employee and I actually went to a dealership first to see if I can get a better deal.

This is our second purchase from Carvana and, just like the first purchase, it was an easy transaction with the car in the condition it was promised. The process is very easy from start to finish and the staff is friendly and helpful. We have had good experiences with this company and recommend it to anyone that is looking to buy a late model used car.

I was blown away by the impeccable customer service I experienced when buying my Mazada 5 from Carvana. I am so so happy with my purchase, and loved every moment of the experience. I was giddy at every experience, the online, phone contact, and personal door to door delivery was phenomenal!!! Great staff. We were a little skeptical with the process of buying a car online, but everything went so well. We felt like we knew so much more about the car than any other vehicle we have purchased. It was pleasant & fun, and when we found an issue with the car later, Carvana came in and took care of everything! We were very pleased!

Found exactly what I was looking for. Saved $1,500 from the comparable competition and lower down payment. So easy to work the website. The Customer Service Reps over the phone were all pleasant and helpful. Car arrived with a full tank of gas and some free merch. The driver was so nice. We finished the transaction and we were done. Easiest thing I've ever done.

Lack of communication was a big issue with my first Carvana purchase. 1. I placed an order online on Friday and didn't 't hear from anyone from Carvana for 2 days besides the initial "thank you for the order, we'll contact you on the phone" email. 2. On Sunday I finally called Carvana and was told my documents which I submitted upon placing the order were still being reviewed. I explained that our situation was a bit complicated with my husband being away due to military orders and our loan (from a 3rd party) is under his name. The agent I spoke with on the phone gave me a list of additional documents to submit. He also said I need to submit all the documents by 1pm on Monday in order for the car to be delivered Wednesday night as scheduled. I submitted documents Sunday night (the same day I called). 3. By Tuesay morning, no call or email from Carvana, so I called again. An agent told me the documents were still being reviewed and my delivery date had been reschedule for Saturday night. She told me the car was still in Texas (I live in Georgia). I questioned why the agent I spoke with on Sunday told me to submit paperwork by Monday for a Wednesday delivery if the car was still in Texas. She could not answer why and just apologize. 4. On Wednesday, I finely received my first cal from Carvana. I was told everything is good to go. I gave the agent who called a different delivery address. I was told I'd receive a call about 30 minutes before the car arrives. 5. On Saturday, the delivery person shows up to the wrong address. He didn't call me and went straight to the original address given. He said he was never given a new delivery address. The car was delivered eventually. At least the person who delivered the car was very courteous and efficient. I cannot recommend my friends to purchase from Carvana based on my frustrating experience.
