Everything about the online experience is intuitive. Being able to search based on criteria such as size of down payment and monthly payment, with personalized terms for my credit, was incredibly helpful. By the time I hit the "purchase" button I knew exactly what I was getting and how much it would cost. I think Carvana has really gone above and beyond with the design and execution of this concept. Every detail is designed to make the experience simple and fun.
The customer service reps at Carvana are wonderful. I feel like I called about one hundred times with little questions, but I was never made to feel like my questions were trivial, and I was never on hold for more than a minute. The friendly customer service really made a big difference to me during the purchase of my first car.
The delivery experience was definitely the best part. My vehicle was delivered clean and on time. I got a neat little swag bag and a personalized gift that Scott, who dropped off the vehicle, had put together. I thought this was a really nice personal touch. My paperwork was clear and in order, making things even easier for me as a first-timer. Once again, Carvana could be a successful company doing only half of the work they do, but they go above and beyond to really make the experience perfect.
