Pretty cool experience, but since I did my own financing it was a little confusing going back and forth between what the bank needed and Carvana needed, a dedicated sales rep would have made the process better. Delivery was a little off, a young girl female driver was rude, threatened not unload the vehicle since I did not have actual insurance card, even though I had already uploaded proof of insurance and had actual policy. Insurance cards are still forth coming since just acquired 2 days before, supervisors intervened and car was unloaded. Some minor damage to running boards, probably done in transport. They are taking care of.
