Shopping for a car has always been very stressful for me - but, no more! Such a beautuful program. From finding a car that met all of my wants and needs - to the delivery of my car, working with Carvana has been nothing short of amazing. I was guided through every step - NEVER did I feel uncertain about anything. Everyone I talked to became my new best friend! I was financed through Carvana in a matter of moments. Delivery was seamless. The day of delivery Jacob called me a couple of times to let me know where he was and what time he would be arriving. Jacob answered every question I had, sanitized everything he had touched inside the car (This was during Covid.), and even took it upon himself to present me with a gift bag that included such thoughtful gifts. I can't speak highly enough of Carvana, and every single interaction I had with them. Oh!! And my car?? It's perfect! I love it!!
