Your process is difficult. You should tell customers up front, that if they put more than 1000 miles on their trade in after the first send you a picture of their odometer, that you will change their trade in allowance. Out trade took a month to finalize and you lowered our allowance by $2000. If we had known that upfront, we would have parked our trade in and used uber for a month. Adding 2000 miles to a trade with 71000 miles effects the value very little! That is the kind of thing that traditional dealerships do, which drove us to you. And your entire process and poor phone and no 2 way emails possible, was difficult and disappointing. You have not yet revolutionized the car buying process, but keep trying. The car trading process should not have to be similar to a root canal. You are on the right track though. Good luck.
