They charged me deliver fee whether I chose pick up or delivery. I had it delivered since had to pay anyway. I knew the car was 4 he away. There was no communication the car made it to SA or when. I was alerted about an hr before car got here and guy said it's been in SA so not sure why I wasn't able to save $600 and pick it up. It came with one key and should have been 2. I got an email work request put in for another one and would receive call in 1-2 days. Its been a week. Other than that it went smooth.

Purchased a beautiful 2018 Lexus NX. Buying process very simple. My issue is with the vehicle is that Carvana didn't check to see if this car would pass MA state inspection. It doesn't pass due to the darkness of the tint on the front windows. I called their warranty company and the shops they referred me to won't touch the windows. Now I have to pay out of pocket and find someone outside of Carvana's network of shops to fix something that shouldn't have been an issue.
