First time I ever bought a car online and it was much better than expected!! Surprisingly wonderful experience

Spent weeks browsing through Carvana interactive listings. Obessed over that one car for days telling yourself these prices are too good to be truth. Maybe you won't get a good rate anyway but go ahead and see what kind of financing you'd get. Wait, you mean I can order this car and it will be at my door in 3 days? What do you mean I don't even need to wait to get a value for my trade in? Why are you giving me the keys to this car, I have only signed 2 pieces of paper. Oh Carvana, thanks for checking in. You can go ahead and keep that trade in, I'm already buying cheeky decals and stickers for this new ride. You wouldn't want it back anyway I already dropped fries under the seats. Good experience. Fantastic people. Amazingly simple process. Would not search through your tempting listing again.

I am on day 2 of my 7 day test drive. The website explains it all very clearly with the chat option being a good way to ask questions and get quick answers. The processing with the bank and dmv is seamless and requires no run around on my part. The delivery was very easy and convenient. Joe, my friendly Carvana rep, delivered the car to my building and took the time to get me started on my extended test drive. Carvana is no pressure, and I feel that I could easily return the vehicle without hassle. But so far, so good. I appreciate being able to test the car for a full week and use it as I would on a daily basis.

I bought a 2015 Kia Soul EV. The purchase was super easy, I feel like the pictures of the car were great. They brought my car to my house, everything was perfect. Until the guy told me that it only had a 23% charge and the range was about 10 miles. What is the first thing you want to do when you get a car?! You want to drive it! And I unfortunately had to wait many hours until I was able to. I know an electric car is not the norm for Carvana, so I'm not too mad about it, however it was a bit of a let down. Other than that my experience was perfect. I would buy another car from Carvana for sure.

This was the easiest and most stress free car buying experience that I have ever been a involved in. It was my 21st vehicle purchase in 13 years. It is nice to not have to deal with the sales and financing games that you experience in a traditional car dealership. The vehicle I received was just as I expected, clean and mechanically sound. I was contacted several times after receiving the vehicle to verify that everything was good and given the opportunity to return if unsatisfied. My next purchase will definitely be with Carvana.
