CARVANA is absolutely amazing, and I have never been so impressed before. The process was so straight forward and simple, I had family members telling me its too good to be true..The website 1st of all is awesome, I love the fact that after you put your personal information in you know immediately what your down payment will be on each car as well as monthly payment. .The fact that you can reserve a car by sending in the required documents within a certain time frame is excellent. The two people who delivered my car to me were so nice and diligent, and they made the end of my road trip worth it all. I appreciate getting an extremely clean car, looked even better than the pics on their site (which were great to begin with) as well as a full tank of gas! Traditional dealerships/ banks better be more innovative because CARVANA is giving everyone a run for their money! I will praise them again and again and refer them to any and everyone. Easily one of the best decisions I've made. Carvana has exceeded my expectations! I was a little nervous about purchasing a car online, but Carvana made it so simple. Any and every question I had was handled so well. I picked up my car yesterday & it was in perfect condition! Before I went though with my purchase I went to the local Kia dealership just to see if I could get a better deal than Carvana and spent 2 hours with pushy salesmen who tried to sell me the same car 1 year older, 10k more miles, base model for $5000 more. When I picked up my car all the paperwork had been taken care of all I had to do was sign... I will never buy from an overpriced dealership again!

I purchased a 2015 Kia optima hybrid and I am in love with this car. The process of seeing what your rate and payments would be, to financing and finally delivery. Carvana made shopping for a vehicle the way it should be, fun and stress free!! The only complaint I have is, the detailing guys really need to step up their game. Not impressed--wax all in the cracks, windows streaked and just not clean and clear.

Not only did Carvana offer an interest rate that was half of what the other dealers were saying, they also didn't try to "talk me into something else" for a profit. The site was really intuitive and if there was a questions the wait time for the customer service was less than 5 minutes...EVERYTIME.
