I would definitely use Carvana again in the future. I got a very generous offer on my vehicle for trade-in, and traded up for a more fuel-efficient hybrid. I picked up my car at the vending machine and it was quite an experience! Definitely worth giving it a try. The purchasing process was extremely smooth, you just get your trade in offer and find your new car. It was easy to adjust my pickup date when I needed to and the Carvana customer service associates were SO professional and patient with me. Wait times were never an issue when I called, either. My process took a bit longer because I financed my car through a bank and not through Carvana, as the rates from Carvana were a bit higher than elsewhere, but this did not impact my trade-in. Even though it took me a little longer to get my loan approved, the associates notated my account thoroughly and ensured everything went smooth. They continually updated me along the process and still follow up with me to make sure I understand the next steps. Would definitely recommend using Carvana!
