Overall I enjoyed the experience with Carvana. Really kind customer service reps, However, when the car was delivered, the interior was so disgustingly filthy. Food and crumbs all over the floor, thick layer of dust and filth all over, black marks on the seats. Nasty. My wife wouldn't let the kids in it until I got it detailed. Which I did out of my own pocket. The detailer said the carpets were do dirty they had to wash them twice. So... yeah, that was kind of annoying. The process to get reimbursed for this (and 2 missing floormats) is kind of cumbersome and lengthy, but hopefully will work itself out and we'll go on our merry way with our new purchase.
