A week before I had a horrible experience at a car dealership (go figure, right?) and I just didn't want to deal with it anymore. I already had a pre-approved loan through my bank and I had a car picked out with the dealership. Let's just say that they basically ignored the entire fact that I said I had a pre-approved loan and spent the next seven hours trying to lie their way into me buying their car. It's probably needless to say but I just couldn't deal with that again or the possible chance of dealing with that again. Then steps in Carvana. After that experience, I went back onto their site and put a car on hold. I was now willing to budge a little more on my price just to have a seamless and easy process. There was a car that I saw earlier in the week which basically the same car I just walked away from at the dealership but it was already on hold. So, I put a hold on the next best one I saw. I called into Carvana to get some questions answered about the car I just put a deposit down for. The customer service person was so nice and took the time to find out the answers to my questions. She had to call me back but when she did I felt her answer was good enough to continue to proceed. I did ask what the possibility of the other car I wished to get would be taken off hold and she said most of the time people do end up buying the car. So, I waited. I had no choice. My car was to be ready in approximately 2-3 weeks according to the customer service rep. At the time, I was renting a car until my car was available to purchase. I just submitted for a new week to rent (which was non-refundable) when I got a text that a car I was interested in was now available for purchase. I was ecstatic but also a little disappointed because now I had a rental that I couldn't cancel. I quickly went to the website. It wasn't the car I had on hold. It was the other one that I really wanted. I guess the other person decided it wasn't for them. I jumped on it! I entered my final information to get the process going and picked my delivery date. The next day, I spoke with my bank and they told me what I needed to do. Carvana sent their texts to make sure that I was staying on track to get my delivery on time. Unfortunately, I missed my window to get it on my selected date so a rep called me to let me know. He said I would need to go back into my dashboard and select a new date. No worries. I picked the next following day. Prior to arriving, the delivery guy gave me a call. Asked me to submit a few items so that I could finalize the purchase. He said that he would be leaving soon but wanted to top off the gas for me. I thought, "WOW! The dealership wanted me to leave on an almost empty tank when I asked if they could fill it up for me. Here is Carvana saying it's 3/4 full but will top it off." When he got to my house, he was just as excited for my new car as I was. I couldn't stop thinking about how this had been so seamless and headache free. As he took my car off the truck bed he ever-so-carefully backed off. Asked if I wanted to test drive it really quick. I said of course. I signed my papers with him. He did a final inspection and noted a flaw that wasn't shown on the original posting. He said that I could probably get it fixed with the 100-day warranty you receive. It's been one week and I had one electrical issue with the car but like I said, it will be covered by the 100-day warranty. If you were wondering if this is a great place to get a car, I would say absolutely. They thoroughly inspect that car for you and make sure it looks as brand new to you as they can get it. If I decide to buy another car in the future then it'll most likely be from Carvana again.

The entire process was what I needed, very seaming less and stress free, Everything was done successfully online, I was able to pick up the car which is beautiful by the way successfully test drive it, with no hassle whatsoever. Great buying process. Did the appraisal of my trade in and searched around for a week until I made the decision on a Kia K900. Uploaded all my documents via the app and never actually talked to a single person (although I missed a call from someone congratulating me on the purchase). I picked a delivery date and time and Ethan arrived literally right on the minute with the vehicle. He took my trade in on a test drive, and offered to show me about the new vehicle. Signed a couple of papers in person and all in all was in and out in about 20-30 minutes. If I had one negative it would be the car had a lot more scratches than was notated on the vehicle page. I don't expect it to be perfect but would have like to have known what I was going to get. Another thing was that there was what appeared to be dried wax on certain areas of the car that I haven't been able to get out. With that being said I would not hesitate for a second to purchase another car from Carvana. I think I would just be a little more thorough on the delivery the next time.

The process was great, cars to pick from on-line was plentiful, made my choice, got the approval, knew payment, down payment, ($0), scanned a couple of documents, emailed them over, done! Went and picked up the car, did 5 minutes of paperwork with no hard-selling of warranty, credit life, mop & slop, window etching, nahdah. Sign and drive. Even got this carvana tumbler with screw on lid and drinking straw, nice touch! But driving away in that downtown Atlanta traffic, at 4:00 pm on a Friday, last weekend of June, black car, black leather, bright sunshiny day, is when I realized that the Kia K900 A/C did not work! Man was it HOT! I knew if I turned around and went back to Carvana that the girl who did my paperwork was not gonna fix it. And my ride had already left. So I drove the car straight to the Kia dealership in Atlanta where the car has been ever since! No 7 day test drive see if you really like it for me. The compressor was bad and it won't be ready until the following Wednesday! Who Delivers a Car In The South Mid Summer With No A/C? Other than that everything was smooth....

I found out about Carvana when my next door neighbor had her first car delivered. Immediately sat down at my computer and tried it out. From start to finish it was so easy. But then I got suspicious. Its so easy it must not be a good bargain. So I compared the costs to local used car dealers. Nope, Carvana was right on par, if not less. So then I figured they must get you with the financing. Wrong again! Very competitive. But then it hit me. Its the trade. That's where its gonna hurt. Carvana gave me $2000 MORE than anyone local would. I'll never buy another car from anywhere else. Thanks Carvana!

We were watching TV one evening and my wife said, "I think I found your car." We reviewed all of the details and looked at all of the pictures. We reviewed the features and we started the purchase process that night. Carvana offered financing but we brought 3rd party financing and Carvana was great. Carvana scheduled a 3 way call with our bank to validate funds, and then scheduled the delivery. Lydia brought the car out to our house on the Carvana truck. She unloaded car, verified my drivers license, reviewed my insurance card, and then let us take if for a spin. When we returned from our test drive, Lydia had all the paperwork ready. We signed a few documents and in 15 min. the car was parked in our driveway. The car has a few blemishes that were not annotated in the ad. Carvana is working with us to get those issues addressed and they apologized for the errors.
