I have been a consistent Carmax customer for years. I was just about to make another purchase when I realized that I was about to purchase a car that had been in a previous accident and tons of miles. Before I pulled the trigger and bought that car, I went online and found a car that was the exact same make and model, had no previous accidents, had only 15,000 miles and was only $2,000.00 more. I thought it was too good to be true so I called the customer service line and the representative could not have been more helpful. In addition, they were extremely kind and professional. I bought the car online in 20 minutes and two days later I had my new car delivered at work for free. Even the person who delivered my car was professional and polite! LOVED this experience with Carvana and I will purchase future cars with them. What a breath of fresh air!
