I was seriously injured and could not drive for 8 months. I ubered everywhere and I was tired of asking folks to run me around. The Uber experience though about 75% positive,wasn't always something I could control and it was filling me with anxiety. After arriving late to a few appointments, I decided I would need to buy a car...but how was I going to get thereto do this? I felt bad asking folks to take me car shopping because I knew I would probably just pick something so that I would not be a bother. So I sat in front of my computer one night and did my research to streamline the car buying process. I had seen the carvana comercial when I was in the hospital and finally arrived at the right site after a few mispellings. When I saw I could "test" drive a car for a week and do this up to three times- I decided this was the way to go. How terrible could it be? After selecting my cars and saving them, I picked one. I filled out all the paperwork online. The last piece was a 3-way call with my bank which I did on my Uber ride into work on a Thursday. The car was delivered on Saturday morning. It sure beat spending the weekend car shopping! BTW. I did keep my first car and love it.

They took care of everything, and when they realized there was a place to save me money the adjusted that as well. I have become a walking billboard for Carvana and recommend it to anyone who wants the ease of shopping online experience.

The car buying process couldn't be any simpler. It's a certified used that comes with a 100 day warranty which spells peace of mind. I purchased a Santa Fe Sport from them. Their pricing is competitive. And you can't beat the fact that they deliver your car at your door step. James M went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I found a couple of minor issues with the car and he told me that I was covered. Also, I had told him that we just had our second kid. Little did we know, he sent us a baby boy shirt overnight. bought this vehicle for my business. There is really no interface for a business so that aspect could be improved. Getting the vehicle titled for the business is a little screwy since you only allow individuals to make the purchase. Also I wanted to pay cash for two vehicles but your system only allows the purchase of one vehicle at a time. And the second one cannot be purchased until after the delivery is completed. All personnel I encountered were EXTREMELY nice and professional. Thanks for everything. I will buy 3 to 4 cars a year and unless something changes, they will all be bought through Carvana!!!

It was a rough start however I chop that up to growing pains within the company. There was lots of confusion and miscommunication on the finance requirements but in the end it was all taken care of. The deliver person was absolutely wonderful, even calling ahead of time because an earlier slot had opened. The delivery lady was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle, she even brought me a nice little gift basket. The vehicle was almost as described it actually had no flaws with the exterior at all when I was expecting two minor cosmetic defects. The interior was perfect although the detail job was not great which was not a huge deal but a little let down. Now he negative, after the test drive I noticed a humming noise and a wobble when driving, I took the vehicle to be checked and was advised that the person who had the vehicle prior did not rotate the tires correctly and the left front tire had some tred issues which in return caused the issues with the other tires, additionally the breaks need to be redone. I paid a little over $750 for new tires, breaks and alignment. It would have been nice to know before hand just so I could budget accordingly, however I understand that it is a used vehicle. I love car already and opted to keep instead of returning therefore excepting the cost. The vehicle came with a full tank of gas which was great as now and days most dealers don't do that when you buy used. I was super surprised today when I stopped to get gas and found a $25 gift card taped inside the gas cover, it really made my day. I think there are some kinks that will be worked out with time but would definitely recommend a purchase from Carvana. The advocates are great and super friendly and the process overall a simple one. I am looking forward to my next purchase with them and have already handed out all of my referral cards.

Just received our new car from Carvana yesterday. Could not have been happier with the whole experience. Everything they said would happen, happened when they said that it would. The car arrived clean, gassed up, and ready to go. They over-delivered in every sense. Nothing beat the look on my wife's face when they pulled into the driveway with her car - a complete surprise to her.
