Pretty straight forward process. Great if your looking for a specific vehicle that you can't find locally. Only negative experience is the fact that you can't register your own vehicle with the DMV. So in my case I had a sales tax credit from selling a car. Sense Carvana is registering my new purchase I had to pay the entire sales tax. I will now have to deal with the DMV to get my refund of around $900. The vehicle has been in the shop twice in the first week. Ones because the bumper was smashed in during delivery and a second time for a gas gauge that didn't work. So I haven't driven it much. I will say that Carvana uses SilverRock warranty and they approved the repairs without issue. They do need a better selection of Authorized shops, none of them could do the repairs. Had to use a shop not listed. But I am happy with the process all in all and they had a good selection of vehicles to choose from. I was able to get what I was looking for and at a fair price. Customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered.
