I have already recommended carvana to friends & family - great experience - that being said I was told my guy that dropped the car off (Tre / on sat 1/14) would follow up. Never heard from him again. Surprising because every one else was so organized & great.

I could never buying a car could be so painless, hassle-free, and worry-free. They had plenty of cars to choose from in my price range and the prices were more reasonable than other similar cars I found in other dealerships' online inventories. The car was delivered to my right to my door by a friendly associate and so far it has exceeded my expectations. My mechanic even checked it out and said it was in great shape. I'm going to tell all my friends and family about this!

I bought my car through Carvana about 5 days ago. I had been looking into Carvana for a few months. My little brother needed a new car before I did and I suggested that he try Carvana. He had a great experience and purchasing his car online. It was easy to fill out everything and it was very fast. I went with him to pick up his car at the vending machine, as well. Everyone was helpful and his car looked great. So, I decided to get mine here as well. Purchasing online was very easy for me. I almost wish they would add a few "Are you sure?" buttons because it was so easy, I almost felt like I didn't buy a car that fast! I am use to spending 4 hours at the dealership. I got to pick up my car the very next day and it looked just like the pictures. It had brand new tires and was washed very well. Even though it is a 2013, it has that new car smell. The team working at the vending machine were very nice and helpful. Overall, I loved buying my car here and I recommend it to everyone else. The only possible suggestion I would have is maybe for Carvana to list how many sets of keys each car comes with. My brother only got one set, while I got two. However, if you called a Carvana representative, I'm sure they could answer that for you as their customer service is great.

Hands down BEST carbuying experience EVER!! We were a little skeptical at first, but carbuying couldn't have been easier and stress free. There were no gimmicks no hassle and no obnoxious sales people. All fees were shown right up front so you know exactly what you're getting into and what you're signing for. This is the only way to buy a car. You won't regret it!

I got my vehicle about a week ago. I am pleased with my purchase. I picked it up from the vending machine.

It was great not having to go to a dealer and spend 5 hours trying to get a reasonable deal. Carvana had the car I wanted at a very good price. It only took me about 30 minutes to buy the car on-line. This is a great way to buy a car. I wish they could sell new cars this way.

This was an awesome experience from the beginning to the end of the purchase! :D It was hassle free! :D Able to use the financing of my choice without being pressured to use theirs! The car was delivered to my address! (Unheard Of!) :D Carvana even deals with the DMV for you! Now, THAT'S DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE! :D When I got my car, I didn't have to adjust my seat because of my height. :D I'm short! :D God sent that car with the exact measurements JUST FOR ME! :D

This is the best way to buy a car. It's easy, fast, and you never have to step foot in a dealership! I'm not a big fan of buying cars because I dislike the pressure and games that traditional car dealerships play even when they claim not to. I feel carvana is as up front as you can be. What you see is what you get. The website is easy to navigate and very informative. I literally bought the car on my lunch break. On top of that, they delivered it right to my door. The paperwork was quick and hassle free. The staff that I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. This is my new favorite way to buy a car. They do a 150 point inspection on all their vehicles. One thing that would be a plus is to have a page with all the inspection points so the customer knows exactly what's being checked on every vehicle.

I bought this car over two months period time since I changed the car I choose 3 times, It was easier to change the car online but the process to get the same Terms on my contracts were kind of painful. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and I think I learned the process so I can say, I would buy a car again from Carvana!. Thank you.
