Choosing a car and making the deal was easy. I have friends who sell in traditional dealerships but they couldn't compete with price or interest rates. Delivery took 3 weeks with several delays and I kept getting texts that said there were transportation issues when I knew the car was awaiting warranty service in a traditional dealership. Employees kept making little promises about follow-up then never did. I am happy with the car and the deal, but the execution could improve a great deal. I received a follow up call and I asked why I had a Georgia temporary tag. The guy said Carvana isn't licensed in every state. I looked them up and they are licensed in Nevada. That was par for the course...canned answers made up on the spot. It didn't affect my car deal, but it was just the sort of underhanded doublespeak that I wanted to avoid from traditional dealers.

I was so pleased with my experience with Carvana. I was so excited when I was able to get approved for a car & find a car that I had been dreaming of since 2017. The pick-up was great! Even though my car was delayed, the delivery team was able to rush my car so that I wasn't waiting for another week to get my car. The vending machine was awesome to watch, too! I definitely would buy another car from Carvana.

What can I say, the entire process was super easy and very smooth. I even swapped out my first vehicle for another and that process was the same. Hands down the best way to buy a car. I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Azera and I love love love my new car. It arrived very clean with full tank of gas. The delivery person, Stefani, was so helpful and friendly. My only issue, which is being resolved, was that the car was pictured with 2 key fobs and I only received 1. However, Stefani was right on it, setting up an appointment for someone to come out and program me an additional fob.
