Finding a vehicle, getting a trade in offer, seeing my payment, all of that was easy. Whenever the actual trade in and purchase process begin, the headaches began as well. I understand that part of the difficulty was the complexity of our situation. But whenever I would talk to 5 different underwriters asking if they needed anything else from us documentation wise and they said "No, everything looks good!", then the next day I get an email saying they needed something else I was extremely frustrated. I wasn't able to get everything in a timely manner due to this, had to reschedule, then on delivery day it had to be rescheduled again due to a lack of drivers. Overall, it was an okay experience. We got the most money for our trade in and a great vehicle. Only thing about the vehicle we purchased was the left power fold down button did not work and we had to immediately take it to a dealership for warranty repair after we received the vehicle.
