Used Honda Accord Hybrid

When my husband said he'd found me a car on Carvana, I said, "Where?". He said, "You know, they have those really annoying commercials where they say, 'That didn't suck!'" It was a great experience and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a car.

Got my Car on Friday and I really thought that Carvana was too good to be true until they delivered my new baby!

We purchased a low-mileage vehicle from Carvana and everything was as advertised--easy purchasing process, delivery to the house on time, and the car was in excellent condition as advertised. The folks I spoke with were patient and helpful and everyone, including Carvell who delivered the vehicle, seemed to understand Carvana's process.

I loved how stress-free this experience was. I was able to shop and compare, research, look at pics, etc until my heart's content. There was no one hovering over my shoulder, or waiting for me to decide one way or the other-and that was just the online experience. Once I received the car, I then had a full week to look at the car and ensure that it was just what I wanted. This made me confident that Carvana was confident in their car. I could check over the car, ask my friends for advice, and still know that I could change my mind within that 7 day period. Again, I could do this pressure-free, and at my own pace. This is how car buying should feel: the buyer in control of their decision, and with zero pressure. This was as easy as buying anything online along with a generous trial period.

The product people took such care in the details of making sure everything in the car was perfect that I felt like I was driving a new car and not a used one. Great job guys!

I called them on the phone Saturday for my car and in an hour everything was set up. The service was excellent. The car came on Tuesday and I was called before I received it to verify I had the paperwork to make a quick transaction. Within 20 minutes of the drop off I had key in hand and a foot on the pedal! 10/10 would recommend!

I just bought my 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid. It's my first Hybrid but my forth Accord. This was the first time I had bought from Carvana but probably won't be the last. It was so easy.

First, I am very happy with the 2017 Honda Accord I purchased. The experience was eye opening. The scheduling process needs improvement. The first scheduling was a disaster requiring me to have to undo insurance coverage for my new and trade in. Resign contracts again. Figure out a new delivery date because the date for them having it moved 2 days to the right. I heard several times it happens and is a IT issue. As a customer I did all that was requested of me sending papers etc. not once but twice. The delivery person did not go over the new vehicle as advertised. They unloaded it and said check it out, drive it and ask questions if needed. They were busy doing the trade in. They were very polite and did well explaining the papers I had to sign at delivery.

I wasn't sure what to expect but, everything was easy and stress free.

Picking out my car, getting it delivered, etc was fun and simple. However, the circus that ensued with the registration/plates/lien perfection was not worth it. The lack of overall accountability makes it worse. And having to chase answers. Just really terrible.
