I've bought a car from carvana before, so I know how the experience is supposed to go. But this time, the car wasn't clean, the last who did the drop off was great but I thought she was supposed to come like Santa. But no gifts, no goodies, just paperwork. Overall the buying part was fine and went smoothly. Just not the full carvana experience that I'm used to.
