Now getting pre-approved and looking for a vehicle was easy and convenient, even the purchase went smoothly...until realizing that the vehicle I bought that was advertised as AWD, was intact not. So then after going rounds with everyone, I was told I could write to Carvana Legal Team, which I did. I finally got a response and could return the vehicle and restart the process over. I did. And then not even 2 days after deciding on another vehicle, Carvana made another HUGE mistake concerning my bank account. Now, this have been simple errors, but they caused big problems and at least Carvana ended up fixing the mistakes.
