This is my second car I have purchased from Carvana, so guess you could say "I'm never using a dealership again. Carvana is a great way to get the car you want, without any hassle.

This is my second car in 6 months purchased through Carvana. I can honestly say, as long Carvana is around, I will never buy a car anywhere else!!!! The process was awesome! The first car I had delivered, this one we picked it up from the car vending machine. We loved the experience! Thank you Carvana for changing my my whole outlook on car purchasing!!!!!

This was the fastest and easiest way to purchase a car. Everything is figured out for you, from your trade in to what your payment is going to be. Brought the car to my house and took my old car. Everyone was so nice. So glad I didn't have to deal with pushy salesman. Everything was handled from my computer. Thanks Carvana!!

This company has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will never use another company to buy a car only Carvana. The actually earn your purchase by making you feel like you are the only customer and make sure that you are happy every step of the way. I was skeptical at first but after going thru with my first purchase(because it won't be the last) I was shocked at the individual attention to detail. They even decorated the car as it was a surprise gift for my partner....the attention to detail is amazing! They earned a customer for life.

You know how sometimes you go into a car dealership to buy a car and you spend 10 hours at the dealership signing papers and going through all the information that is necessary for buying a car? Well with Carvana, you will not have that experience! Start to finish, financing online with carvana took less than 20 minutes. I picked out my car, I had it delivered to my house, I test drove it, I loved it! The whole entire experience, from picking the car to getting the financing to talking with the customer service reps could not have been easier. Everyone was wonderful and I would recommend this car buying experience to every person I know!

I purchased my new Fiat right before Christmas and the process was smooth and easy! My only issues with the purchase and buying "unseen" are: Firstly, I have remote lock doors but upon inspection of my new car, I found out that they did not have the remote for the car! They said since the photo online featured a SINGLE key and not the remote, they could not replace it. So I will have to come out of pocket about $250 To get an official Fiat key remote at a dealer! Since we are talking about what was represented online, let me address the fact that it stated my car came with a "Beats Audio System" which was one main reason that I wanted a Fiat because I love the sound System! Well, my car did not have the Beats system, although it was listed on my car's entertainment section!! Not happy about it at all! They want to hold me to the fact they did PICTURE a remote, so they are not responsible for it, but yet, I can't hold them to advertising the Beats System! Hmmmm... Also, there were no floor mats in the car, which I was told they ordered for me... We will see if they come. Overall, the buying experience and all the customer reps I talked to were amazing! I only wish my car facts that were listed, were all true!

Got car for my husband for bday it was quick easy. Came with a red bow cause it was a gift was only upset they didn't offer gap coverage for car... I'm worried bout what will happen if it gets totaled and I'm upside down on it...
